1. Product Characteristics (Handcrafted Nature)
All products by Gerra Collection are handcrafted using the investment casting technique. Due to this artisanal process, each item may contain variations in texture, finish and detail. These variations are not defects but the unique signature of handcrafted work.

2. Intellectual Property
All designs, product figures, logos, images and texts on this site are the property of Gerra Collection. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

3. Sales, Payment and Customs
Orders are charged at the total price shown at checkout via the selected payment method. The Distance Sales Agreement governs the sale and the Return Policy page governs returns. For orders shipped outside Türkiye, the buyer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes and local clearance fees; these charges are not included in the purchase price.

4. Made to Order and Delivery
Products are made to order, not sold from stock. The delivery period and conditions are set out in the Distance Sales Agreement and on the Shipping page.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer-protection rights of the consumer's country of residence are not affected. Subject to those rights, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
