DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT AND PRE-CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION

ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES

BUYER
The person who provides their name, address, phone number and email at the checkout step when placing the order.

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT
This agreement covers the sale and delivery of the product the BUYER orders electronically from www.gerracollection.com, and sets out the parties' rights and obligations in line with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the BUYER's country of residence.

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT AND PRICE
The product name, quantity, selected finish/colour, price, shipping cost and total are shown in the order summary at checkout and in the order confirmation email, which form an integral part of this agreement. Customs duties and import charges on shipments outside Türkiye are borne by the BUYER.

ARTICLE 4 – PAYMENT
Payment is made through the methods offered at checkout via a secure payment provider. The SELLER does not store card details.

ARTICLE 5 – NATURE OF THE PRODUCT AND DELIVERY
Gerra Collection products are not sold from stock; they are made to order by investment casting and handwork. The product is handed to the carrier within 30 days at the latest of the order date. Shipping within Türkiye is free. International orders are dispatched within the same period; depending on the destination country and the carrier, delivery can take up to 10 more days after dispatch (that is, international delivery falls between the Turkish delivery date and 10 days after it). The international shipping cost is calculated after the order and communicated to the BUYER. Exception: because the product is made to order, in exceptional cases that require a longer production process (for example special requests, or design or mould work specific to the product) the parties may agree in writing (email included), in line with the Distance Contracts Regulation, on a longer delivery period. The new period is then communicated to the BUYER and requires the BUYER's approval; if the BUYER does not approve, the BUYER may withdraw and the price is refunded within 14 days. The BUYER separately confirms at the cart stage that the product is made to order and accepts this delivery period. Delivery is made to the address given at checkout. The BUYER should check the package on delivery and ask the courier to file a Damage Report if it is damaged.

ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER may withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason and without penalty. Notice of withdrawal is sent in writing to info@gerracollection.com, and the item is sent to Gerra Collection / Bengisu ŞULAN, Soğanlık Orta Mahallesi, Güzelgün Sokağı No: 11, 34880 Kartal / Istanbul, Türkiye. The SELLER refunds the price to the BUYER's payment method within 14 days of receiving the notice, and may withhold the refund until the goods are received or until you prove you have sent it back. Return shipping is paid by the SELLER within Türkiye and by the BUYER for international returns. Details are on the Return Policy page.

ARTICLE 7 – EXCEPTIONS TO WITHDRAWAL
Items designed and made specially to the BUYER's requirements, with a mould made only for the BUYER (bespoke items), are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Their delivery time is communicated separately in writing when the order is confirmed, once the design and mould are prepared. For these items, a return or exchange is accepted only for structural breakage or a manufacturing defect.

ARTICLE 8 – UNAVAILABILITY
If delivery of the ordered product becomes impossible, the SELLER informs the BUYER and refunds the price within 14 days.

ARTICLE 9 – DISPUTES
Disputes are resolved by the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts at the BUYER's place of residence or the place of the transaction, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade. Otherwise the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction, subject to the BUYER's mandatory consumer rights.

ARTICLE 10 – ENTRY INTO FORCE
The BUYER confirms electronically at the cart stage that they have read and understood this agreement and the pre-contractual information (including that the product is made to order, the delivery period and its exceptions) before ordering. The agreement takes effect on the date the order is placed.
