Shipping Info

Gerra Collection products are not sold from stock; they are made to order in our Istanbul atelier, then prepared and shipped.

Domestic (Türkiye)
Orders are handed to the carrier within 30 days of the order date at the latest, with free shipping. In exceptional cases that require a longer production process (for example special requests), this period can be extended by written agreement between the parties.

International
Orders are dispatched within the same period (30 days at the latest). Depending on the destination country and the carrier, delivery can take up to 10 more days after dispatch, so international delivery falls between the Turkish delivery date and 10 days after it. The shipping cost is calculated after your order and communicated to you. All customs duties and taxes in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.

Bespoke (Made-to-Order) Items
For items designed and moulded specially for you, the delivery time is communicated to you in writing when the order is confirmed, once the design and mould are prepared.
