ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this Agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product, whose characteristics and sales price are specified below, ordered by the BUYER electronically through the gerracollection.com website belonging to the SELLER.

ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCT INFORMATION

The name, quantity, sales price including VAT, payment method, and basic characteristics of the product(s) subject to the contract are as specified in the order form. Payment Method: Credit Card or Bank Transfer. The total price displayed during the order process is the final price, including shipping and other costs. For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges are NOT included in this price.

ARTICLE 4 - DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Domestic Shipping (Turkey): The product will be sent to the address specified by the Buyer via contracted courier within 7 (seven) business days at the latest after the payment is credited to the Seller's account. Delivery costs belong to the Seller. International Shipping (Overseas): Shipping costs and estimated delivery times for international shipments will be specified on the order checkout page. The Buyer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and other local taxes and charges in the delivery country. These additional costs are not included in the product price and shall be covered by the Buyer.

ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Domestic Returns (Turkey): The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product to themselves or the person/organization at the specified address, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. In case of exercising this right, the return shipping costs belong to the Seller. International Returns (Overseas): The withdrawal period for international sales is also 14 (fourteen) days. However, for international returns, all shipping costs belong to the Buyer. All customs duties, taxes, and other fees incurred for the return of the product shall also be covered by the Buyer. Return Procedure: The product to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged, along with its original packaging, standard accessories (if any), and the original invoice.

ARTICLE 6 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and approved the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement before placing the order. The SELLER reserves the right not to deliver the product in case the order is canceled or the payment is not processed. In case of return, the product must be returned with its original packaging and all standard accessories intact and undamaged.

ARTICLE 7 - AUTHORIZED COURT

In disputes that may arise from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized up to the value declared by the Ministry of Industry and Trade; for disputes exceeding this value, the Ankara Consumer Courts are authorized.
