Craftsmanship & Production Time

At Gerra Collection, we believe in timeless craftsmanship over mass production. Each piece you order begins a unique production journey in our Istanbul studio.

• Lead Time: To maintain our high artistic standards, the production time before shipping is 21 business days from the date of order.

Packaging & Security Your products are prepared in high-protection, elegant packaging to guarantee the safety of investment-cast metal and natural marble components. We use eco-friendly, premium presentation boxes designed to make the unboxing experience a ritual.

Delivery & Carriers

• Domestic (Turkey): Shipped via insured local carriers. Delivery: 2-4 business days.

  
  

• International: We partner with DHL, FedEx, or UPS Express for global shipping. Estimated delivery is 5-10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders outside of Turkey, taxes or import duties may apply according to the destination country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
