Credit Card Security Approval

Why was my order canceled because bank approval could not be obtained?

Your orders may be canceled by the Bank or our Store Credit Card Security Unit if necessary, to ensure the security of your credit card, if they cannot reach the credit card holder from a registered phone number in their systems.

Information about the order cancellation is sent to the e-mail address registered in the membership of the order owner.

Your order must have the updated personal information in your bank and our system to obtain approval from the bank.

Why is my order pending in the payment verification process?

Only bank approval is required for credit card orders to ensure the security of our customers' credit cards. The approval process works as follows:

"The credit card security unit contacts our customers by reaching them from the fixed phone numbers in their records at the bank when necessary and obtains confirmation related to their orders, and informs us."

When the order confirmation from the bank arrives in our system, your order is prepared and delivered to the cargo.

In orders that cannot get approval for more than 2 days, the bank could not reach our customer from the fixed phone numbers registered in their system, and our customer needs to update their personal information in the bank.

We kindly ask you to contact your bank and update your personal information, and provide a fixed phone number where the bank's credit card security unit can reach you as soon as possible.

Attention: Never write your credit card number in the emails you send regarding your orders.
